1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. 

2. Delivery Times The total delivery time consists of: Processing time: 3 to 5 business days. Transit time: 7 to 15 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs delays or issues with the shipping carrier).

3. Shipping Costs Shipping is FREE for all orders, regardless of the order value or destination. There are no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

4. Order Tracking All our shipments include tracking and insurance. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

5. Shipping Zones We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. If your country does not appear on the list during the checkout process, it means we are unable to ship there at this time.

6. Customs and Taxes For international shipments, import duties or taxes may apply in accordance with your country's laws. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Package If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [darwinabasolo620@gmail.com] within 30 days of the shipping date. We will investigate the matter and offer a solution (reshipment or refund).
