Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, returns of cosmetic or personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery will not be accepted, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. You may exercise your right of return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original packaging and has not been opened or used.
